Role Summary

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager, Social Media & Content at Blaze Pizza, LLC in Atlanta, GA, with some remote work flexibility. The role involves overseeing social media marketing strategies, content creation, communication, and social media optimization. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, strategizing campaigns, and optimizing content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy – assisting with content development, execution, and community management to boost engagement and drive traffic.

• Execute the social media monthly calendar - schedule, publish and monitor the conversations on the brands social media platforms.

• Conduct on-brand content curation, including creation of stories, graphics, reels, video content tailored to each platforms.

• Engage and build social audiences including daily listening, prospecting, and monitoring across platforms.

• Foster connections with followers by responding to comments, initiating conversations, and building trust.

• Write engaging and compelling copy, with the ability to tell stories and grow share of voice across posts, platforms and campaigns.

• Identify and execute on real-time trends and translate to social media opportunities.

• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and optimize content strategies.

• Support organic social agency to bring to life various campaigns and address ad hoc guest questions.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure cohesive messaging and on-brand campaigns.

 Graphic Design

• Design high-quality visual assets for social media, email templates, web banners, and promotional materials.

•Assist in image manipulation and retouching for digital assests with attention to detail.

•Assist in creative projects alongside creative agency and National Marketing Manager.

• Maintain consistency in branding across all channels and designs.

•Support ad hoc requests as needed across organization.
