You Are: An Implementation Specialist responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services in a client consulting environment. An experienced ServiceNow developer. Willing to roll up your sleeves to develop in the ServiceNow platform for our clients. Taking time to seek out information about new applications in ServiceNow and staying up to date on the latest offerings. Able to identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and work internally with the ServiceNow account teams. Process-oriented and prefer order over chaos. Comfortable asking for help from peers and Subject Matter Experts. Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies. Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems. Access to robust training and certification opportunities as a member of the ServiceNow Business Group. Travel may be required for this role, varying from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here’s What You Need: Minimum 3 Years' experience with ServiceNow Implementations Minimum 2 Years' experience in JavaScript or related application development Completed Certification - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Minimum of 1 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) Bonus Points If: Experience with Angular JS / Portal Development Advanced Skills with ServiceNow Development APIs Web Service Integration (API Web Services) experience LDAP Integration experience Single Sign-on configuration and administration Experienced and Comfortable Presenting to large Audiences Advanced Application Experience: HR, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, Security, ITAM, Asset Management (HAM/SAM), SPM, Platform/Integration, Portal/UI Builder, GRC ITIL Foundation or Equivalent Certified i.e., ITIL ServiceNow Developer Certified (CAD) Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
