We have a solid team of experienced and respected technicians. Our business continues to grow and we are looking for a solid Service Manager that is interested in a long-term position and who will fit well into our team. We service a wide variety of clients in the Commercial Building, Facilities and Industrial HVAC markets.

Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Service Manager for our HVAC division in the construction industry. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and manage a team of HVAC professionals, while also driving exceptional customer service and business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC service. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Project management, scheduling, and asset management
• Management of costs, billings, and collections
• Maintenance of profitability goals and positive cash flow
• Evaluate contractual scope of work
• Analyze financial reports and proactively address issues effectively
• Performs cost estimates and supports sales on proposals and negotiations
• Manage and mitigate financial risks

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in HVAC service management or a similar role in the construction industry.
2. Proven expertise in HVAC and B2B sales preferred.
3. Associates degree preferred.
4. Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to providing excellent service and resolving issues effectively.
