Job Description

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join a growing Real Estate Practice Group in Uptown Dallas. You would be joining a prestigious international law firm with over 1,200 attorneys across multiple offices in six countries. This is a supervisory position, but prior supervisory experience is not required. Additionally, this opportunity is direct hire, full time, and hybrid (two days remote).

The ideal candidate will bring at least seven years of experience in commercial real estate law to support the expanding Real Estate practice group in the Dallas office. This role focuses on the review and analysis of complex title and survey matters and requires a strong background in contract drafting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of title and survey review for real estate transactions
• Order and analyze title commitments, surveys, and related recorded documents
• Coordinate with title companies and surveyors to resolve issues and finalize documentation
• Draft and review legal correspondence, including title objection letters and transaction checklists
• Prepare real estate documents such as easements, SNDAs, affidavits, lease amendments, estoppels, and corrective instruments
• Track transaction progress, ensuring timely updates and communication with attorneys and stakeholders
• Conduct research on title and real estate issues to support legal analysis
• Assist with closings, including document preparation, lien searches, and entity formation
• Draft corporate governance documents such as certificates of authority and resolutions
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to support the team's goals
• Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in a commercial real estate legal environment
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate required
• Strong background in title and survey review, especially in lending and financing contexts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Windows-based systems
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
• Strong research and analytical skills
