Job Summary:
Be a key partner in the design and rollout of our most critical new talent rituals, including Succession Management, Performance Management, and Organizational Design.

Dive deep into our people data, transforming it from raw numbers into compelling stories and actionable insights that will drive executive-level decisions.

Collaborate with our global People Partners and business leaders to ensure the programs we build are practical, impactful, and truly aligned with the needs of our teams.

Help us create a culture of continuous growth and development, where every employee has a clear and compelling vision of how they can build their career at Centric.

Key Responsibilities:

The right person for this role is a unique blend of three distinct profiles:

1. The Pragmatic Architect You are not just an OD practitioner; you are an inventor. You thrive on a blank canvas and have a passion for building systems from the ground up, because you understand that Centric's unique culture and ambitious growth demand bespoke solutions, not off-the-shelf products. You will be a critical partner in architecting our most important new rituals, including:

  • Succession Management: Helping us build our first-ever framework to identify and develop the next generation of Centric leaders.
  • Performance Management: Being a key player in the rollout of our first-ever modern performance framework that moves us to a culture of coaching and continuous feedback.
  • Organizational Design: Partnering with leaders to ensure their teams are structured for agility and scale as we grow.

2. The Data Storyteller You believe that data is the foundation of any credible People strategy. You have a deep-seated curiosity and an exceptional ability to find the narrative in the numbers. You don't just report data; you interpret it, curate it, and transform it into compelling insights that drive executive-level decisions. You see the feedback from our leadership training surveys or our onboarding portal data not as spreadsheets, but as the voice of the employee, and you know how to translate that voice into actionable strategy.

3. The Collaborative Doer You understand that the best ideas are the ones that can be implemented. You are a natural partner who can work seamlessly with our People Partners, our new Global Compensation function, and leaders across the business. You have the confidence and gravitas to hold your own in a room of senior leaders, but you also have the humility and the can-do attitude to roll up your sleeves and get the work done. You are a pragmatic idealist who is passionate about building a world-class culture and is excited by the challenge of doing it in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (required).
    • Master’s degree in human resources or organizational development (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • 3-5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or a related HR field.
    • Direct, hands-on experience with at least one of the following: succession planning, performance management, or organizational design.
    • A genuine passion for data, with proven experience in analyzing, interpreting, and presenting people-related data to inform decisions.
    • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or SaaS environment is a major plus.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Fluency in English (required); Spanish preferred; additional languages are a plus.

  • Soft Skills
    • Exceptional communication and partnership skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with a diverse, global team.
    • A "builder" mindset, with a can-do attitude and a deep desire to create systems and processes from the ground up.
    • Strategic thinker
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to lead change and foster collaboration across the organization.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $135,000 (depending on location) plus bonus.   Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.  The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.  Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary and certain positions may be offered with additional variable incentives.
