Job Description
We’re working with a growing industrial manufacturer near Green Bay, WI to find a Senior Buyer who can take ownership of purchasing operations, vendor relationships, and material planning.
What You’ll Do:
- Purchase materials, components, and services to support daily manufacturing.
- Manage supplier performance and negotiate pricing, delivery, and quality.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and quality teams to align on material needs.
- Support global sourcing strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain purchasing documentation and track key metrics like inventory turns and lead times.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of purchasing experience in manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Solid understanding of supply chain principles and ERP systems.
