As a Security Professional - Armed Financial Patrol in Denver, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within a financial institution setting. In this role, you will help to deter security-related incidents, provide a visible presence, and deliver outstanding customer service to everyone onsite. This position requires both armed credentials and driving responsibilities as you move throughout the property and interact with employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including both the business premises and its perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing proper protocols and communication.
• Monitor and control access to restricted areas, verifying identification and/or credentials as required by site policy.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or conditions to appropriate personnel and/or authorities.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and actions taken.
• Remain alert and ready to respond to potential threats, providing an armed presence as required by the post profile.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders during incidents as directed by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Applicants must have three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• An armed guard card or armed guard license is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
