At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Columbus, NE:
*No security experience required! (GARDAWORLD will provide on-the-job training)*
Compensation: $19.00/hr.
*Includes insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, paid training, uniforms provided, 401k, and more.
Available Shift(s) :
Mondays & Tuesdays: 3 p.m.. to 11 p.m./ Wednesdays - Fridays: 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. (40 hours per week full time)
About the job:
- Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
- Vehicular access control responsibilities
- Site access control responsibilities
- Foot patrols (inside/outside) of client property
- Vehicle patrols of client facility through the company-provided vehicle(s) during shift hours
- Relieve the gate guard and dispatch officer as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
- On-the-job training provided
Your background:
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You are able to pass an extensive screening process
- You are at least 21 years of age
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- You have a valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check
- Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions when needed
