Exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide impactful support within a K-12 school setting. This full-time, contract position offers a unique blend of school-wide and one-on-one support opportunities, allowing for diverse experience throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavior intervention services to students in both classroom and individual settings.
• Implement behavior plans under supervision to support student progress and skill development.
• Collect and record data to monitor student progress and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and support staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
• Maintain compliance with all professional and ethical standards as an RBT.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Previous experience working with children in school or clinical settings preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in both group and one-on-one environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Availability for immediate interviews and onboarding.
