An exciting opportunity is available for dedicated Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants seeking to make a meaningful impact in a K-12 school setting. This contract position is based in Craig, CO, and spans the 2025-2026 school year, focusing on providing essential therapeutic services to students across multiple school sites.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Colorado
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential, if applicable
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of IEPs and related documentation processes

Location: Craig, Colorado

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
• Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with established IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapeutic activities into the classroom.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as required.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families regarding student development.
