Job Description

A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available supporting a K-12 student population in a school setting in Lynn, MA. This is a contract position beginning on August 8, 2025, with a caseload of approximately 50 students. The role requires delivering comprehensive OT services across the K-12 spectrum, facilitating students functional independence and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students on caseload, using assessment and intervention techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to address fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care challenges.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Experience providing school-based OT services for K-12 students.
• Strong knowledge of educational regulations and special education programming.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Employment Details:
