Job Description

About the Position We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team, serving students from Pre-K through 12th grade . Our caseload includes students with diverse needs, and we are looking for candidates who thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students to enhance their ability to participate in school activities.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) .
• Assist with both in-person and virtual therapy services to ensure comprehensive support for all students.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress and treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Minnesota state license in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience working in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting .
• Experience with or willingness to learn about diverse student needs .
• Flexibility to adapt to different service delivery models (onsite, hybrid, virtual).
• Proficiency in technology for virtual service provision .
