Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications that enhance business processes and improve user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering scalable and efficient solutions.

1. Development & Customization:

   • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
   • Build Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
   • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

2. Platform Maintenance:

   • Conduct regular audits and maintenance of Salesforce data, applications, and configurations.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.

3. Collaboration & Requirement Gathering:

   • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including administrators, analysts, and other developers.

4. Performance Optimization:

   • Optimize performance of Salesforce applications and ensure scalability.
   • Implement best practices for coding and configuration in Salesforce.

5. Documentation & Training:

   • Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations and integrations.
   • Provide training and support to end-users as required.

1. Technical Expertise:

   • Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
   • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
   • Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control tools (e.g., Git).

2. Certifications (Preferred):

   • Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory).
   • Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred).
   • Additional certifications like Salesforce Administrator or Integration Architecture Designer are a plus.

3. Experience:

   • years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
   • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and platform capabilities.

4. Soft Skills:

   • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
   • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
   • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
