Role: Senior Salesforce Developer Location:- San Francisco, CA/ Denver, CO (Day 1-Onsite, Needs to work 3 Days at Client Office-Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) Job Description: Responsibilities: Build solutions in Salesforce.com leveraging Force.com, Visual Force, APEX, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Web Services, and APIs. Participate in the analysis of requirements for system projects/enhancements, translating requirements into well-architecture solutions that best use the Salesforce platform and products. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware tools, etc., Optimize Salesforce performance, security, and data integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and its integrations, ensuring timely resolution of any production issues right after go-live. Collaborate with business systems analysts to clarify functional and technical requirements for Salesforce customizations and integrations. Communicate daily progress and blockers related to Salesforce projects and customizations to the project team. Collaborate with the DevOps team to plan, coordinate, and execute deployments to production environments. Write and maintain technical documentation for all projects and processes. Continuously improve and optimize existing Salesforce applications to enhance performance and user experience. Mandatory Skill Sets:- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components. 5+ years of experience defining systems strategy, and designing and prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions. Proficiency in SOQL (Salesforce Object Search Language) /SOSL ( Salesforce Object Query Language) Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, services, and APIs using technologies like Salesforce APIs. Ability to accurately scope, plan, and estimate the level of effort for tasks, with an appropriate balance of risk and efforts. Salesforce App Builder and platform Developer I certifications. Experience working in Agile development environments, with knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies. Working knowledge with Salesforce Experience Cloud TechnoGen
