Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:This entry level position is an all-around sales support position that will support our operations in a number of areas: Warehouse support, Customer Service, Inside Sales, Front counter support, Order expediting and follow up, and parts delivery.Assist with warehouse duties (receiving, stocking, packing, shipping, product delivery, etc.) when neededSupport front counter service, and build customer relationsCustomer interaction via the telephone, email and web; respond and provide quotations to customers promptlyProvide immediate customer support to meet their needs; quotations, technical research, literature requests, manufacturer interaction, and order expeditingEscalate backorders and customer requirements to maximize fill rates and exceed customer expectations Collaborate with the Waltham sales team to assist in customer solutions and provide a positive customer experienceInteract with manufacturing partners and build sustainable relationshipsAbility to lift up to 75lbsRequired SkillsPassion and Drive Ability to quickly learn new concepts and tasksStrong written and verbal communicationStrong computer skills Proven track record of positive performanceExcellent organizational skillsDesire to work within a team with a cooperative and positive attitudeStrong commitment to customer serviceAbility to multi-taskValid drivers licenseSense of urgency and accountability is a must Prepare to be a major contributor to the benchmark distributor in our field **** We offer outstanding medical and dental plans, vacation days, sick days, life insurance, disability and a comprehensive 401k plan with matching.
