About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and hungry Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our New York City team. As an SDR, you'll be on the front lines of our sales efforts, helping us identify, connect with, and qualify potential restaurant partners. You'll work closely with our Head of Sales and marketing team to drive pipeline growth and build lasting relationships with prospects.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking events
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, moving them through the sales funnel
• Set meetings and demos with qualified prospects
• Maintain and update CRM records with detailed notes and status updates
• Collaborate with marketing to create and refine outreach campaigns
• Help refine our messaging, pitch, and playbook based on real-time market feedback
• Represent OneTablet at local industry events, trade shows, and meetups

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, tech, or the restaurant/hospitality space
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a competitive spirit
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Based in New York City

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience selling to SMBs, especially in the restaurant space
• Are familiar with HubSpot
• Love food, restaurants, or hospitality tech!
