Key Responsibilities for Retail Store Manager
Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to ensure exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales objectives.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and luxurious retail atmosphere.
Develop strong customer relationships, enhancing client loyalty and engagement.
Manage inventory and create visually appealing product displays in line with brand aesthetics.
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

Skills and Qualifications Required
Prior retail or sales experience, with a preference for luxury or premium settings.
Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Education: A degree in Retail Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop a dynamic team.
Customer-Centric: Strong focus on providing outstanding customer service.
Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills.
