Additional Information:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (US time-zone CST )
  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Contactar y dar seguimiento a prospectos interesados a travs de llamadas telefnicas, mensajes de texto y correos electrnicos.
  • Calificar a los leads para determinar necesidades y agendar citas con nuestros asesores de ventas.
  • Utilizar CRM para registrar todas las actividades y mantener actualizada la informacin de los prospectos.
  • Brindar un servicio consultivo, amigable y profesional en cada interaccin.
  • Cumplir metas diarias, semanales y mensuales de contactos y citas generadas.
Requirements
  • Residir en LATAM.
  • Ser completamente bilinge en espaol e ingls (indispensable).
  • Experiencia previa en ventas, call center, servicio al cliente o puestos similares (preferible pero no indispensable).
  • Excelente comunicacin verbal y escrita en espaol.
  • Habilidades bsicas en el uso de computadora (CRM, correo electrnico, herramientas de comunicacin).
  • Actitud positiva, proactividad y enfoque en resultados.
  • Acceso a internet estable y un espacio adecuado para trabajar desde casa.
  • A stable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet office space.
