Remote International Tax Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Remote International Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing international tax compliance and planning for our global operations, ensuring that we meet all regulatory requirements while optimizing our tax positions. This role requires a deep understanding of international tax laws and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee international tax compliance and reporting processes.
• Develop and implement international tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Provide guidance on international tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with foreign tax regulations and manage relationships with local tax authorities.
• Conduct research on international tax issues and stay updated on changes in tax legislation.
• Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax management.
• Strong knowledge of international tax laws and regulations.
• Experience with tax planning and compliance for multinational corporations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
