Job Summary: As a Remote Health Insurance Agent, you will assist individuals and families in finding the best health insurance coverage to suit their needs. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the enrollment process, and answering any inquiries related to health insurance options. Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with prospective clients via phone, email, or online chat to discuss health insurance options and coverage plans.
2. Offer personalized recommendations and guidance to clients based on their specific healthcare needs and budget.
3. Assist clients in completing health insurance applications and enrollment forms accurately and efficiently.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest health insurance plans, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
5. Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support throughout the policy lifecycle.
6. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge and improve sales skills.
7. Meet or exceed individual and team targets for enrollment and customer satisfaction.
8. Uphold compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
