What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Source new acquisitions and develop relationships with decision-makers in vertical market software businesses
• Maintain and nurture existing acquisition opportunities within the network
• Act as the senior account manager for M&A relationships within your designated area
• Communicate Harris’ investment strategy while ensuring professionalism in the investment process
• Track activities and maintain relevant information using Salesforce

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Fluency in both English and French
• Minimum of 5 years of related business experience, such as sales, corporate development, consulting, banking, investing, or M&A sourcing
• Strong aptitude and passion for corporate development and relationship management
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with excellent prioritization and multi-tasking abilities
