Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.


Help others access their healthcare plans from Healthsource RI!

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and/or call center environment required.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Rhode Island Medicaid and the ACA preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.
• High School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Training will be Monday-Friday 9AM to 5:30 PM.
• $16 per hour
• Onsite training for 90 days then ability to work from home remotely
