We’re hiring RPLS professionals at multiple experience levels to join a respected and growing surveying and engineering firm in Austin. Whether you're newly licensed and looking to build your career or a seasoned surveyor ready to lead a team, we’d love to connect with you.

Position 1: RPLS – Entry-Level / Project Support

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in managing survey projects from kickoff to final deliverables
• Conduct boundary, topographic, and construction surveys
• Work closely with field crews and drafters to ensure accurate data and deliverables
• Support QA/QC efforts on plats, legal descriptions, and survey documents
• Learn leadership and client coordination skills in a supportive, team-driven environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Texas RPLS license (or in final stages of licensure)
• 0–3 years of experience post-licensure
• Strong understanding of surveying methods and equipment
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and modern survey technology (LiDAR, GPS, drones a plus)
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team

Position 2: RPLS – Team Lead / Project Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage survey teams across a variety of projects (public and private sector)
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and client communications
• Review and sign off on plats, legal descriptions, and boundary determinations
• Mentor junior staff and support professional development
• Coordinate closely with engineers, field crews, and clients to deliver high-quality results

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Texas RPLS license
• 5+ years of progressive experience in land surveying
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Proficiency with survey technology, CAD platforms, and data processing workflows
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
