St. Luke’s is recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join us in our strategy to be the community’s trusted partner in providing exceptional, patient- centered care. We are growing and opening a new procedure room and we are hiring! Come join the Nampa perioperative team working in Pre-Op, Post-Op and PACU.

Schedule: 1.0 FTE Full Time (80 hours per pay period) Monday - Friday
\n4 (10) hour shifts per pay period- varied days based on the surgery schedule. The position requires taking occasional night, holiday and weekend call. Call response time is 30 minutes.

Sign On Bonus: $10k for new hires

What to expect:
\n\n
PreOp has 18 bays for pre-op and phase 2 recovery. Pre-op is a medical/surgical unit specialized in preparing surgical patients for surgery. It is a fast-paced environment requiring the art of customer service, efficiency, and team work to safely prepare patients of all ages for surgery. PACU is a specialized area for patients to recover from anesthesia. The PACU is considered a critical care unit with 9 recovery bays. The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient’s needs.
