Your Role as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department

As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will play a vital role in the lives of our patients and the team around you. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality, professional, and compassionate patient care.
• Making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborating effectively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized , a skilled decision-maker , and a true team player .

Position Requirements

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Successful completion of a Nursing Program.
• Current Michigan RN License.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (available upon hire).
• 1 year of Medical-Surgical experience (required).
• 1 year of ED/Critical Care experience (preferred).
• Annual Influenza Vaccination or Declination.

Position Details

This is a 0.9 FTE position, requiring 36 hours per week . You will work:

• 12-hour shifts (night/swing/day).
• Every 3rd weekend.
• Christmas odd years.
