Position Summary The RN Data Analyst is responsible and accountable for collecting, validating, entering, organizing and interpreting data for Evidence Based Medicine Measures and Quality Measures. The RN Data Analyst supports quality and process improvement efforts that are identified concurrently and retrospectively. The RN Data Analyst enters all appropriate patients information into the required databases, and maintains all components of the Quality files. The RN Data Analyst is also responsible for compiling information and statistics for various reports/projects on a scheduled basis. The RN Data Analyst also recognizes any downward trends and is able to focus on re-education of physicians and staff for future improvement. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Minimum: Graduate of accredited school of nursing and RN Degree. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. EXPERIENCE: Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in an acute clinical care setting. REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION: Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida.
