Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disorders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and a passion for helping individuals achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
• Collaborate with team members and family members to ensure consistent application of interventions.
• Assist in the development of skills in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with behavior analysis practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

Working Conditions:
