What You'll Be Doing

• Talent Sourcing: Discover and attract candidates through social media, job boards, networking, and referrals.

• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Candidate Matching: Evaluate candidates' qualifications through CV assessments and interviews, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Negotiation: Lead offer negotiations and oversee the onboarding process.
