Job Description

• The Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Team is looking for a Coordinator who shares Client’s vision and interest in providing an exemplary customer service experience to our North American based candidates.
• Schedule complex interviews with excellent candidate care
• Manage scheduling conflicts and calendar changes from candidate and interview teams
• Educate Recruiters and other stakeholders on how to best use interview scheduling tools
• Provide outstanding candidate care. Ensure timely and accurate feedback to all inquiries for our Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR Partners
• Provide in-person candidate greeting and onsite interview support
• Monitoring background checks and drug screens during the pre-employment stage, providing status updates and escalations where needed to ensure timely start dates
• Manage and maintain candidate trackers in alignment with the Applicant Tracking System and candidate pre-employment results
• Communicate to recruiting team any challenges throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and pre-employment process.
