Job Description

Adecco is seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our client’s team in Princeton, NJ. This role offers competitive compensation ($31.00/hour ) over a 6 month contract period.

Hybrid Work Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in-office; Monday, Friday work from home.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on light industrial recruiting.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

  • Applicant Screening: Conduct thorough reviews of job applications, work histories, education, and qualifications to identify suitable candidates.

  • Job Matching: Accurately match applicants with open positions based on job descriptions and requirements.

  • Applicant Communication: Provide clear and informative communication to applicants regarding job details, compensation, benefits, and company policies.

  • Selection Process: Participate in the selection process, including debrief sessions and evaluations with management and interview teams.

  • Recruitment: Actively source and recruit qualified candidates for open positions.

  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of applicants, including those selected and not selected.

Pay Details: $31.00 per hour
