We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional receptionist to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization. Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, making travel arrangements, scheduling emails, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. $26,000 - $32,000 yearly

• Understands the importance of entering deadlines and events into the case management system accurately.
• Can deal with a boss who is always busy, might not give much direction, might get distracted by new exciting things, and who finds administrative tasks to be a bit of a hassle.
• Is not afraid to point out that you need more training or communication from your boss in order to get your work done.
• Organize company trips and handle employee travel itineraries to ensure off-site events go well.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries.
• Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties.
• Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
• Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date.

• The Receptionist should have a high school diploma.
• The Receptionist should have some prior office experience and experience with business phone systems and office computer systems and software.
• The Receptionist should have a pleasant speaking voice and be able to politely handle emotional callers.
• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• 1+ years of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred.
• Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations.
• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• Must have graduated high school, and received a G.E.D. or equivalent.
