Job Description

We’re helping a fast-growing solar developer hire a Real Estate Administrator in Atlanta.

It’s a hands-on role supporting lease management across a national portfolio of community solar projects. Think: tracking payments, staying ahead of contract terms, and keeping relationships with landowners running smoothly.

They’ve got a strong pipeline and need someone who can bring structure and follow-through as they scale.

You’ll be the go-to for all things real estate admin, with visibility across asset management, finance, and development.

What they’re looking for:

• 1-4 years of real estate or lease management experience
• Super organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling priorities
• Confident communicator with external partners (landlords, utilities, etc.)
• Curious, process-minded, and ready to take ownership

The team is Atlanta-based (in office Mon–Thurs).

Compensation is in the ~$70 – 80K range depending on experience, with unlimited PTO, 401(k) match, and a strong benefits package.
