Ready Mix Driver

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness
• Communicate with dispatch and customers for accurate and timely deliveries
• Maintain delivery documentation and comply with all regulations
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

What Are We Looking For

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Physical ability to perform essential job duties, including lifting and climbing

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

• $23.94 to $26.94 per hour
