Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams to generate accurate client quotes.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure up-to-date pricing information.
• Deliver quotations within specified timeframes.
• Manage and maintain deal pipelines using Hubspot.
• Provide administrative support for pricing processes, ensuring data accuracy.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or data entry roles.
• Familiarity with clinical trials or client research environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in tools like Hubspot and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
