We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and coordinating bill pay and accounts receivable. This role requires proficiency in Quickbooks and a strong understanding of financial principles. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in supporting the day to day operations of our organization.

This position is part-time with an opportunity for future full-time employment.

Schedule: 8am to 4pm, Tuesday - Thursday

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records using Quickbooks.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Manage supplier and vendor bill pay.
• Manage accounts receivable.
• Assist in budgeting processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy of accounts.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks.
• Experience with bank reconciliation is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required to ensure accuracy in all financial records.
