Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust food safety management systems, adhering to industry best practices.
- Oversee team member development and training to foster a culture of quality and safety.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential risks.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance and food safety management within the food industry.
- URGENT. This position is available immediately. So we are likely only considering someone local as there wont be time for relocation.
- Strong understanding of food safety principles, including HACCP and SQF.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
