Do you have a few years of experience doing QA work for a software product company and enjoy working with customers supporting their use of a software product?

We are hiring a new QA and Support Engineer to join our team to provide Quality Assurance on our software product and work with our development team and customers. We typically roll out two to three new software releases each year and our software product is the leader in its niche. We would need you to help provide QA leading up to these releases and help implement some automated testing tool to help automate things like regression testing. Today, we do not have any automated tools so while we have test plans for the key functions of the application, we'd like your help to move our organization to more and more automated testing for each release. Our product is a web based application with HTML 5 front end so experience testing web based applications would be preferred. Between releases, you will be providing support to our clients on any issues they may be having. This will enable you to learn the application and understand how people use the application and what issues they are facing.

The application is an HTML 5 application with a Java backend and is sold as a SaaS and sold for private cloud (AWS) implementations.

What is required for this role?

• 2-3+ years of software Quality Assurance experience preferably web based software application testing.
• Experience developing test plans and test cases, functional testing experience, as well as some automated testing.
• Experience with regression testing.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoy working with external customers in support of their use of the application.
• Smart and good work ethic. Enjoy working with other fun and professional individuals on a close knit team.

We are located in the Perimeter / Sandy Springs area. Our team is working from the office 3-4 days each week so this role is part on site and part work from home. We are flexible on when you arrive and leave but we want someone that will come into the office each week.
