The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HVAC/Mechanical projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Job Details Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all stages of HVAC/Mechanical projects, from initial planning to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources, to be shared with clients and other staff.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and manage detailed project budgets, track project costs, and ensure projects stay within budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of quality control for all projects.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically managing HVAC/Mechanical projects in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in HVAC/Mechanical projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
- Expertise in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience overseeing budgets and resources, and managing vendors and suppliers.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement creative solutions.
