We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in New York. This role lies within the intersection of the IT and Property Management industries, and will be conducted in a fully remote setting. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and within budget.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, and manage all related activities.
• Utilize IT project management skills to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
• Employ knowledge of property management and real estate industry standards and practices in project execution.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet for project tracking and management.
• Review and address gaps and drawbacks in projects, benchmark user experiences and resolve any software or implementation issues by liaising with third-party support teams.
• Support executive sponsors by providing regular project updates and insights.
• Conduct occasional travel for stakeholder meetings, adhering to EST/CST hours.
• Utilize Cross-Functional Project Management skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure the application of formal project management methodologies in all project activities.
• Leverage knowledge of Property Management Software and Real Estate Property Management in project execution.• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management.
• Proven experience in IT project management.
• Demonstrable skills in Cross Functional Project Management.
• Knowledge and application of Formal Project Management methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Smartsheet and its application in managing projects.
• Familiarity with RealPage and Property Management Software.
• Experience in real estate property management and knowledge of the real estate industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred.
