Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Project Lead) to oversee multiple high-priority IT projects. This role will be responsible for planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of key project milestones to ensure all initiatives are completed on time and meet quality standards. This is a contract role and 100% onsite in Columbia, SC.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in coordinating across multiple teams, business units, and vendors to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop business requirements and create comprehensive project plans.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Oversee deliverables to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and key artifacts.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare, insurance, or IT.
• 3+ years of experience using SharePoint and project management tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, Word, Access, and Excel.
• Proven ability to identify and manage project risks effectively.
• PMP Certification.
