Location: Harrisburg, PA
Position Type: Remote, must be able to report onsite on first/last day
Contract Length: 9 months

Position Overview:

The Business Requirements Coordinator will have strong administrative skills to manage and facilitate the client's business approval process. This role involves working directly with agencies to gather business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, tracking request backlogs, and providing excellent customer service to ensure timely approvals.

Required Skills:
  • 2 years of experience managing projects, program management or process administration (does not need to be in an official capacity as the project manager)
  • 3 years of experience dealing directly with customers
  • 1 year of experience in vendor management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
Duties:
  • Working directly with customers in our agencies to gather and document business requirements needed to comply with established policy and procedures within the organization.
  • Gathering, preparing, and submitting information and documentation to the various security, legal and administrative approvers required in the process.
  • Meeting with a diverse group of stakeholders, to include legal, business, and security teams, to help ensure timely processing and approval of business requests.
  • Reviewing, interpreting, and providing input on contract agreements and other business-related contractual documents.
  • Collaborating with vendors ensuring clear communication of requirements and cloud use documentation.
  • Researching whether there is already a current solution in use that would meet the documented business needs.
  • Providing general guidance to our customers on the business approval process and its underlying policies and processes.
  • Overall tracking and managing of the backlog of requests.
  • Facilitating any requests for additional information that may arise during the approval process.
  • Serving as an overall point of contact and subject matter expert for staff.
