Duration: 30 months


Job Description:

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
•Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
•Four or more years of relevant work experience


DESIRED SKILLS:
•Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
•Three or more years of professional level experience in a project management role either in an external or internal agency.
•Ad agency project management experience including print, direct marketing campaigns, online, promotions, TV, and radio.
•Knowledge of the benefits of the above communication channels, with the ability to match the channel with the client's communication need.
•Excellent relationship building skills.
•Operate effectively in a fast-paced, environment.
•Crisis management, resourceful and solution oriented abilities.
•Excellent creative project management skills, highly organized and ability to multitask effectively.
•Strong understanding of the creative process as well as design and print/web production.


JOB DUTIES:


Responsible for managing small to large projects in support of the Client Enhanced Communities Value Program (Bulk) product. Most common projects and associated responsibilities are:

Responsibilities are:
•Work with internal VEC teams to coordinate timing around conversions and product changes with least impact to customer's billing and service continuity
•Work with SFC to ensure conversion work and product changes are on schedule, alerts to team on conversion type or product adds
•Weekly reporting to Manager and Leadership on conversion progress, roadblocks, or any outstanding items
•Property report analyzation to identify address errors for correction, and then triage for order and process correction
•Determine DRC resources for same day requests
•Assist in developing project plans in collaboration with multiple departments and teams
•Determines and documents project successes and lessons learned

Individual Contributor Role


Manager of Projects: Responsible for all aspects of the development & implementation of more than one large project and provides a single point of contact for those projects - original concept thru final implementation. This will help provide a much better customer experience for our property managers when it comes to escalations and implementation status.
