Process Engineer

Title: Process Engineer

Location: Stow, OH

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing the CNC manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality and efficiency, and creating process documentation for products developed with our CNC Machines. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize CNC programming and machining operations.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and process flow diagrams.
• Utilize MasterCAM and GD&T principles to enhance machining processes.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new processes and technologies.
• Participate in new product development and reverse engineering projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• We are seeking someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MasterCAM and GD&T standards.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation.
• Experience with 3D CAD and 2D CAD software, such as SolidWorks and Inventor.
• Familiarity with CAM software and tools, including Vericut.
• Knowledge of industry standards, such as AS9000, is a must.
