Job Title: Lead Cleaner – Stadium Events (Austin, TX)
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Varies by event (8–10 hour shifts, morning, afternoon, or night)
Job Overview:
We are hiring Lead Cleaners for major stadium events in Austin! This position plays a key role in ensuring the venue is clean and well-maintained before, during, and after events. Lead Cleaners must have prior cleaning experience and be able to guide or support a team when needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and assist with cleaning tasks in restrooms, seating areas, concourses, and other public spaces
Ensure trash is collected and disposed of throughout the event
Perform sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting duties in high-traffic areas
Support event setup and post-event teardown/cleanup
Follow safety protocols and ensure team members do the same
Communicate with supervisors or coordinators for task updates and needs
Requirements:
Cleaning experience is required
Must be available for flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, or night depending on event schedule)
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must speak Spanish (Spanish speakers only for this role)
Must be able to work on your feet for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
