Key Responsibilities

• Master and implement intricate work instructions and procedural guidelines.
• Conduct thorough inspections and cleaning of components, while identifying wear or damage.
• Embrace versatility by assisting in various departmental roles and mastering different equipment.
• Perform meticulous quality verifications to ensure compliance with standards.
• Operate diverse machinery and tools including manual, hydraulic, and pneumatic devices.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace, adhering to scheduled sanitation tasks.

Who You Are

• Proficient in using gauges and reading dimensions accurately.
• Experience in machine shops or automotive parts is advantageous.
• Able to thrive in physically demanding settings, capable of lifting 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
• Possess an optimistic approach and motivate others, with superb organizational skills.
• Adhere strictly to safety norms and maintain consistent attendance.
