What You Will Do Provides leadership, direction, and coordination for general clinic operations. Manages staffing to always ensure appropriate coverage. Responsible for hiring and onboarding new staff in collaboration with Human Resources. Works collaboratively with clinic division coding and billing specialists and central business office to assure timely and accurate capture of charges for services provided. Tracks and reports all information, service statistics, billing data and other financial data with the central billing office. Responsible for maintaining the facility including managing any repairs or remodeling, service contracts on equipment and the inventory of all capital equipment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent education and experience 5+ years’ experience working in a physician practice or other health care setting required. 3-5+ years management experience in healthcare preferred Experience working with primary care physicians in a large physician group preferred.
