How will you help grow the Practice?
You will…
· Prepare and submit investment and insurance paperwork as well as assist with new account openings, transfers of accounts, and transactions
· Assist with the continuous development and implementation of my client service model
· Enhance relationships with clients and prospects through your positive presence and through appropriate documentation in a CRM
· Respond to routine client service issues and requests
· Champion, train and implement technology
· Provide administrative support, which includes scheduling appointments, answering and screening calls, composing and proofreading correspondence and other written materials

Experience Needed
· Demonstrated organizational, and time management skills under pressure
· Microsoft Office Skills – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
· Highly accurate typing, data entry, spelling, and proofreading skills
-Industry experience preferred
· FINRA Series 7 and 66/63 preferred, but not required
