Opening / Selling Statement - Power BI Developer - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the objectives and requirements of the migration project from OBIEE and Oracle Exadata to Power BI hosted on Snowflake, AWS, and Azure platforms. Onsite 2 weeks per month in Westlake, TX

Domain Knowledge: Retirement, 401K, Defined Contribution
Job Duties - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the objectives and requirements of the migration project from OBIEE and Oracle Exadata to Power BI hosted on Snowflake, AWS, and Azure platforms.
Design, develop, and implement Power BI solutions to meet the reporting needs of Fidelity, ensuring alignment with EI and WI cloud strategies.
Utilize Power BI Embedded Analytics to create interactive dashboards and reports tailored to address specific business challenges and improve decision-making.
Work closely with data architects and engineers to ensure seamless data integration between Snowflake, Power BI, and other data sources, maintaining data quality and consistency.
Develop data models and establish best practices for data visualization and reporting using Power BI, optimizing performance and usability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for self-service reporting and implement solutions that empower end-users to generate insights independently.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Power BI solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to business requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionality, encouraging adoption and proficiency in leveraging analytics capabilities.
Stay updated on the latest developments in Power BI, Snowflake, and cloud technologies, incorporating new features and functionalities into reporting solutions.
Participate in project meetings and communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
