We have opportunities available for:

• Crew Leaders
• Equipment Operators (Loaders, Skid Steers, and other snow equipment)

Our snow team plays a vital role in keeping our clients’ properties safe and accessible during winter weather. You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in professionalism, safety, and excellence in every job.

What You’ll Do

• Perform snow removal for designated areas, including sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots
• Safely and effectively distribute de-icing materials as needed
• Operate snow removal equipment such as shovels, snow blowers, plows, loaders, and salt spreaders
• Follow proper application methods for chemical and de-icing products
• Work safely in cold, icy, and snowy conditions while maintaining attention to detail
• Perform highly physical tasks on a consistent basis in all weather conditions
• Be available for on-call, part-time work during snow events (24/7 availability required during winter storms)
• Complete other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, safety-minded individuals who take pride in their work
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience in snow removal or equipment operation REQUIRED
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to perform physical work: walking, standing, lifting (50+ lbs), kneeling, and working outdoors in extreme weather
• Reliable transportation to the branch or first job site
• Safe driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) are a plus
