• Manage inbound and outbound calls to process donations for various nonprofits.
  
• Deliver outstanding customer service to donors addressing inquiries and concerns with care.
  
• Accurately input donor information into our database.
  
• Follow up with donors to ensure a positive experience.
  
• Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics for advancement opportunities.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional verbal communication ss.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Basic computer ss including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work varying hours including evenings and weekends (you ll set your own schedule).
